Take your overland setup to the next level with the Bracket Bros Overland Rack Grid System, a universal accessory mounting platform designed to transform unused rack space into a functional, organized storage solution.

Designed specifically for overland and bed rack applications, our Grid System provides a strong, versatile mounting platform for securing RotopaX fuel and water containers, traction boards, recovery equipment, tools, and other off-road accessories.

Featuring our proprietary Grid System mounting pattern, these panels incorporate both 5/16" and 3/8" mounting slots, allowing for flexible accessory placement and compatibility with a wide variety of mounting hardware and configurations.

Unlike traditional accessory mounting panels, our design features additional universal mounting points on the rear mounting brackets, providing an alternative mounting method when carriage bolt slots are not preferred or compatible with your rack.

These universal mounting points also allow for future integration with our upcoming Interior Rack Grid Panel, which will attach directly to the back of the Overland Rack Grid System, creating additional accessory mounting space on the inside-facing portion of your rack.

Constructed from laser-cut 12ga steel and finished in a durable black powder coat, the Overland Rack Grid System is engineered to withstand demanding off-road environments while maintaining a clean, professional appearance.

Installation & Mounting Options

The Overland Rack Grid System features multiple mounting methods to accommodate different rack configurations.

Carriage Bolt Mounting

The integrated mounting slots allow the Grid System to be secured using compatible carriage bolts and mounting hardware, providing a clean and adjustable installation.

Universal Rear Mounting Points

Additional mounting holes incorporated into the rear mounting brackets provide an alternative attachment method for applications where carriage bolt slots are not preferred.

These mounting locations also serve as the foundation for future integration with the Bracket Bros Interior Rack Grid Panel.

Future Interior Rack Grid Panel Integration

The Overland Rack Grid System is designed to grow with your build.

Our universal rear mounting points are engineered to accommodate a future Interior Rack Grid Panel, which will mount directly to the back of the existing Overland Rack Grid System.

This creates an additional mounting surface facing the inside of the truck's bed rack, allowing accessories and equipment to be organized on both sides of the rack assembly.

Rather than requiring a separate mounting system attached to the truck bed, the interior panel will integrate directly with the existing exterior Grid System, creating a unified, dual-sided accessory mounting platform.

Interior Rack Grid Panel is not included and will be offered separately when available.
